1. How do I clean the Start messenger bag?

Hand-wash the stained part only or wipe the stain off with wet cloth, and air dry in ventilated place. The one without genuine leather is machine washable. Do not tumble dry.

2. Is the Start messenger bag waterproof?

All diaper bags of GAGAKU adopt surface with waterproof layer, and anti-splash lining, which help to protect your stuff from being ruined. However, holes left by stitches at the seam and zipper part may cause inevitable water leakage.

3. Is the matching leather on the Start messenger bag genuine?

4. Could the Start messenger bag hold a lot of stuff?

Being picky in designing the structure and the layout of our bags, we take the size and volume between each bag seriously. Therefore, we offer bags with versatile sizes and volumes, yet feature a proper and comfortable layout. Even with this smaller profile, the bags still hold more than enough items for a day out with two children. All of our bags have a wide variety of compartments and zippered pockets specially designed to carry and organize all of the things a parent and baby needs.

5. Are the stroller straps of the Start messenger bag set compatible with others bags?

As long as there are D rings on two sides of the bag.

6. Will magnetic closures damage my credit cards, or electronics?

The magnets are too weak to damage your items, such as credit cards, digital cameras or transportation cards with magnetic strips. However, be careful with smartphones and iPods, as many have hard drives that are susceptible to damage by strong magnets. Check the user manuals for magnet warning, and always keep these items in a case to be safe. Also, be careful with magnetized hotel room key cards, and try to keep them in your wallet or in a case, or it may be damaged by the magnets from the bag.

7. What is the dust bag for?

It’s actually a thin bag with drawstring, similar to a laundry bag. It’ll just protect your bag from dust and moisture for long-term storage.

This bag was slightly larger than I thought, looking at the pictures, though my own fault as I didn't read the dimensions, albeit no complaints as it fits a lot of things for a smaller messenger type of bag. The material and quality of the bag is very good, it's made from a canvas. It has a front flap that covers one of many openings of the bag, There's three main compartment areas, one under the flap, one in the middle and one towards the rear. The middle section is the largest while the other two are more for flat items such as notebooks / devices / pens etc. It's intended use is a Diaper bag, though honestly, I use it as a normal bag and it's brilliant Really well made and good compartment sizes. I was given this product from the manufacturer asked to give a review of it. My review is honest, unbiased and not influenced in any way.
