  • All diaper bags of GAGAKU adopt surface with waterproof layer, and anti-splash lining, which help to protect your stuff from being ruined. However, holes left by stitches at the seam and zipper part may cause inevitable water leakage.

  • Being picky in designing the structure and the layout of our bags, we take the size and volume between each bag seriously. Therefore, we offer bags with versatile sizes and volumes, yet features a proper and comfortable layout. Even with this smaller profile, the bags still hold more than enough items for a day out with two children. All of our bags have a wide variety of compartments and zippered pockets specially designed to carry and organize all of the things a parent and baby needs.

Q6. Will magnetic closures damage my credit cards, or electronics?

  • The magnets are too weak to damage your items, such as credit cards, digital cameras or transportation cards with magnetic strips. However, be careful with smartphones and iPods, as many have hard drives that are susceptible to damage by strong magnets. Check the user manuals for magnet warning, and always keep these items in a case to be safe. Also, be careful with magnetized hotel room key cards, and try to keep them in your wallet or in a case, or it may be damaged by the magnets from the bag.

  • We recommend spot cleaning your carrier with a soft cloth, soap and warm water, if necessary. Machine-wash when necessary in cold water, on delicate cycle, with mild detergent. And air dry.

Q8. At what age can I carry my baby with back carry position?

  • It differs between each parent and child. Usually when your baby is around 6 months, you can carry your baby on the back position. Baby must have strong head and neck control and can sit consistently in the carrier, with an ergonomic frog-leg position, and with knees even to hips. People with larger babies who are more developed may choose to put their baby in the back carry position even earlier than 6 months especially for longer carry times since many parents find it more comfortable to wear heavy babies on their backs.

Q13. How do I install the 3M tape?

  • 1. For better performance, please wipe out the dust, water stains, oil stains with clean cloth.
  • 2. Once the 3M tape is installed, please do not remove it to re-install. Measure the spots before installation to install it correctly at once.
  • 3. On winter or at low temperature conditions, please heat the 3M tape with hair dryer to a gain a stronger adhesive.
  • 4. Give 24 hours rest after installation to strengthen the adhesive.

Q14. How do I remove the 3M tape?

  • When removing the 3M tape, heat the tape with hair dryer to soften the glue, and then apply some alcohol on the tape. Wait for 5 minutes, and then wipe the stain with cotton swab or soft cloth. For stubborn stains, please scrape it with items like ruler or hard plastic cards wrapped with soft cloth to clean.

Q15. What kind of tools should I prepare to install the safety products?

Q16. What is the dust bag for?

  • It’s actually a thin bag with drawstring, similar to a laundry bag. It’ll just protect your bag from dust and moisture for long-term storage.

Q17. How do I adjust the carrier to fit my baby better?

  • Place your baby away from the waistband. To ensure baby has a “deep seat”, place your baby toward the wider part of the carrier panel, rather than close to or on the waistband itself. It would be easier to find the position, if your waistband is flat and snug to your waist or hip. Try to move the waistband higher or lower, maintaining a flat, snug, and level fit, until you find a position that is both comfortable for the wearer and the baby.
